Reconstruction

$3 per employee, $99 minimum. Every 2026 pay period re-run per employee, so box 12 comes from a record.

  • Per employee, per pay period — not a sampled month
  • Code TT and code TP reported separately
  • A reconciliation for your payroll provider or auditor
  • Charged once by Stripe when the engagement starts

A book larger than 5,000 employees is quoted rather than charged from this formula — that ceiling is in the checkout route itself, as a sanity bound. The readiness check on the front page is free and needs no account.
